Here's an insight into how this album was made:

The tracks are single-take recordings of specific patches built on my system which took an average of a couple of days to be set-up.
The high modulability characterising modular systems allows to obtain a partially self-performing configuration.

The Eloquencer is being extensively employed, either to generate random voltages as modulation sources or actual harmonic sequences. Some sequences were made more interesting by the random step position mode, which basically would pick random notes from a predefined pool - with specific probabilities as well.

The RainMaker multi-tap delay plays a huge role in sculpting soundscapes and providing glitchy/digital vibes; its comb filter section has been extensively used and modulated also with pitch signals.
The Mackie mixer facilitates experimenting with feedback by a creative use of auxes and sends.

When the patch is deemed interesting enough, then a recording is made, while knobs are slowly turned in order to morph timbres and the mixer's faders bring gradually the various voices to the forefront or to disappearance; its parametric EQ grants control on where a voice is located within the frequency spectrum.

Typically more than one performance on a specific patch is recorded, and the most compelling one is chosen as an actual track.

In the DAW the recorded master was fixed with equalisers and compressors to polish imperfections.
